Our Cape Cod style home offers  3 luxurious  guest bedrooms with free high-speed wifi, refrigerators, coffee makers and 3-piece   ensuite  bathrooms. Each room features   top of the line pillow top mattresses, luxurious duvets and delightful blankets for warmer weather, a selection of pillows for the perfect sleep, flat-screen TVs, USB charging station, ceiling fans, soft luxurious towels, hair dryers and spa-like toiletries. Each room accommodates two adults.  Our property is not suitable for guests travelling with  children and we are a non-smoking property.  Animals of any kind  are unfortunately not permitted.
The Cape House is licensed by the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

LAKE SHORE: In  keeping with Cape Cod style, Lake Shore has been completely updated in navy blue and white wall and art. Lake Shore features a beautiful chestnut coloured Queen-size four-poster bed with a dressing room and spacious 3-piece ensuite bathroom with  step-in shower and in-room controlled air conditioning and heat.

PIER POINT: Featuring aqua green and white tones, Pier Point is a great room for a relaxing stay. The room features a powder finished  Queen-size wrought iron style bed with a 3-piece ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and in-room controlled air conditioning and heat.

LAKE BREEZE:  
This ground floor room with its white and navy blue is our most peaceful room and perfect for guests with mobility  issues. It features a comfortable white frame Queen-size  four-poster bed and a relaxing sitting area to enjoy a book or glass of wine. The room has a 3-piece ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower with centrally controlled air conditioning and heat.
