Our bright and welcoming dining room is the perfect setting for our full, hot breakfast served at 9:00 am each morning. Our two course gourmet breakfast includes juice, tea and coffee, fresh local in-season fruits, farm fresh eggs, a hot main entrée, home-baked banana bread and lemon cake, Shari’s orange/almond cake, local raw unpastuerized honey, and Mimosas on Sundays!
We alternate between sweet and savory dishes for our hot entrée. Savory breakfasts include Shari’s take on eggs benedict, quiche and french omelets, while our sweeter dishes include stuffed French toast, pancakes, and waffles with pure Quebec Maple syrup. Breakfast entrées are paired with fresh, local, in-season vegetables or fruit, and often a savory side, including nitrate-free chicken or pork sausage, Canadian bacon, or ham. We also grow and use all of our own fresh herbs.
Before breakfast, feel free to enjoy coffee or tea in your room, the guest living room, on the front porch or in the backyard gazebo. Please let us know if you prefer almond or coconut milk with your beverage, as we regularly stock dairy-free options in the kitchen. Looking for an extra-early start to your day?
